We bought two of these microwaves for our café, and one completely stopped working after only 6 months. It was used less than 10 times a day, which is very light use for a commercial setting. Extremely disappointed with the quality and durability.

Very disappointed. Purchased this microwave in April for our new store. The store opened on June 30th and now it is July, three weeks after using and it is broke. There's no customer service number to contact for warranty support.

I have had this microwave less than a year we bought it in June of 24 but didnt open until august of 24 we use this microwave less than 10 times a week and it is already not working. Complete disappointment! Save your money do not purchase this
