JUNK!!!!!!!!! Didn't even last a year before it blew up. 6 month warranty should have been the key factor in determining quality. What a piece of junk!!! Never again. Save yourself the hassle and spend the extra money to by the Amana brand one

Was good when it worked. It still would work, if it wasn't for the door latch not falling off. So, one of the two little hooks that lock the door when you close it, broke off. Why? becuase they are spring loaded and made our of plastic. My microwave is almost new. This broke within a few months. Now with the latch broken, the Microwave wouldn't start because it must be a safety feature, stopping the microwave from working. Even though one latch is still there, I think the safety trip button was...

Bought unit back in 2017 Unit stopped working about 10 months later, contacted warranty department they sent me another unit and now the unit has failed once again no longer under warranty would not recommend Solwave equipment

Microwave died after seven months. Worked well for our kitchen staff, but seven month lifespan is pretty poor. If it had lasted at least a couple of years, that would have been more acceptable.

I had been searching for a good microwave for quite some time. I was surprised at how cheap some of the ones on the market look and wanted something sleek that would blend in with my new kitchen. This was the perfect choice! It's very easy to use and isn't very loud at all. Great if you wake up earlier than someone you live with and don't want to wake them. The buttons are clear and easy to read. It has several specialty functions that are going to be really useful!
