This model is easy to use and features up to 100 multi-stage, programmable menu items that simplify the cooking process. The integrated touch pad controls are user friendly and require minimal training. The 2 13/16" color LCD display, one-touch programming, and USB allow you to not only quickly program your single unit, but also upload your new menu to every unit in minutes.
Both the exterior and interior boast a stainless steel design for easy cleaning and a polished, professional look while also providing a rugged construction that makes the unit stackable so that you can save valuable countertop space. An ample 0.6 cu. ft. interior capacity accommodates 6" deep, 1/2 size food pans, and a removable ceramic shelf is sealed and recessed to reduce plate-to-shelf edge impact and keep spills contained. See-through tempered glass and lighted interior allow for monitoring the items inside without opening the door. For added convenience, a four stage cooking option with one-touch programming will reduce prep time, labor, and food waste.

Worked well, until it didn't. We went through 2 of these in 18 months. The first one died but was still under warranty, so they replaced it, Unfortunately the second one died in 8 months with only moderate to light use.

The microwave is not heating correctly, even after a few months, which is disappointing. I only use it for vegetables, four to five times a day. It is incapable of handling even a light-duty job! I have another light-duty microwave, which I use more often. I have had it for 4 years, and despite more frequent use than this one, it's still going strong. Not recommend!

Brand new does not heat anything. Customer service told us we had to go through warranty and they could not exchange it. It's been out of the box for 10 minutes. Don't buy this product and don't use this brand.

Awesome microwave! Quite powerful for a conventional 120v microwave. Never does it over heat! Be sure not to remove the plastic liner inside the microwave after installation as per manufacturer manual.
