Then, the high wattage of the microwave causes the inherent moisture in the food to turn to water vapor, allowing it to steam itself. Some recipes may require a small amount of water to be placed in the bottom of the pan. This model requires a 208/240V electrical connection and comes with an automatic voltage sensor to assist in easy and safe installation.
